Leon Speakers will be celebrating its 20th anniversary during CEDIA 2017 which will also accompany the introduction of its brand new SEVEN Series loudspeakers.
“Often designers talk about form and function. We started this project with passion and purpose. The SEVEN Series takes everything we’ve learned over Leon’s 20-year history, and brings to life our passion for music, craftsmanship and design,” says Leon Speakers founder and chief executive Noah Kaplan.
The new range was made in collaboration with recording artists, producers and acoustic engineers and uses high quality materials to capture the soul of any recording. Each set of speakers is tested in Leon’s anechoic chamber at their Ann Arbor facility and can be customised so it integrates easily into any space.
Shipping will begin in September and the range will include a number of different models, these are:
Timbre SEVEN – This speaker is made from solid hardwood butcher-block and features copper and aluminium. Handmade aluminium cone woofers and 25mm cloth-dome tweeters mounted in a billet aluminium baffle. This model is available with a single woofer (MT) and double woofer (MTM) configuration.
Horizon SEVEN soundbar – Custom built so that it matches the width of any setup, this loudspeaker brings crisp sound quality and design, especially where aesthetics are important.
Profile SEVEN – These are also custom built to match the exact height of any display and provide an accurate and wide soundstage.
Detail SEVEN – This new upgraded speaker is perfectly tuned to perform in harmony with other speakers in the SEVEN Series to create an incredibly immersive environment.
