CEDIA has announced Michael Sherman as the 2019 Young Professional of the Year for his work with Henri. As the owner and director of the French company, Michael has been recognised as a leader who is making an impact on the home technology integration industry.
The award celebrates the innovation and entrepreneurial spirit of those in the industry aged under 40.
“This honour highlights Michael’s exceptional dedication to his craft and to the entire industry,” CEDIA global president and chief executive Tabatha O’Connor says.
“Through his long-time CEDIA membership and contributions to high-profile roles like the EMEA Board of Directors and the Membership Advisory Council, Michael personifies the spirit of the award. The future of our global industry is brighter with Michael as a part of it.”
Henri was founded by Michael’s grandfather in 1961 and has grown over recent years to have offices in two cities with over 40 employees.
On top of this recent CEDIA award, Michael was named Entrepreneur of the Year in the greater Paris area by the France Chamber of Artisans.
