Network monitoring and remote tech support systems provider, Domotz, has formed a new partnership with Luxul. The partnership will focus on offering a tightly integrated cloud-based support capability on Luxul hardware using Domotz technology to enhance the Domotz Pro app experience for Luxul dealers.

“As the leading provider of networking equipment to the CEDIA market, Luxul is always looking for ways to help our dealers add value and improve efficiencies. This partnership with Domotz empowers our dealers with a feature rich, easy-to-use and cost-effective platform on which to base their services programs,” says Luxul VP and general manager Jeffrey Curtis.

“We’re more than thrilled to be partnering with Luxul on improving troubleshooting and support features for Luxul networking equipment. Through this new partnership we’ll be able to offer Domotz Pro users a better experience troubleshooting and interacting with Luxul devices, as well as enhanced graphical designs on our app,” says Domotz and Fing chief executive Domenico Crapanzano.

Domotz Pro is available now for use with Luxul networking products, while a jointly developed remote management solution is expected to start shipping in early 2017.
