Audio systems manufacturer, Earthquake Sound has released the fastest streaming 2.4GHz WiFi router module on the market.
The AR300 is a high quality audio module with a data rate of up to 300Mbps.
It is designed to work with the ‘Earthquake Player’ mobile app and other open source apps available on iOS, Android and Windows devices.
The Earthquake Player app allows the module to stream music from a WiFi enabled devices at 128kbps or 320kbps.
A single WiFi enabled device can stream 10 different songs to 10 different zones at the same, from sources such as Spotify, UPNP/DLNA sources, AirPlay or from USB drives.
When installing several modules on the same WiFi network, the AR-300 becomes a mash metric network with speeds that allows up to 32 zones of high quality audio processing.
The small, stackable design allows it to be charged together with two other modules and tucked away out of sight.
