BenQ launches the W1090 projector

BenQ has released the W1090 projector, which features new ‘Sport Modes’ – Sport Picture Mode and Sport Sound Mode – that have been designed to optimise the way you watch the big game at home.

The W1090 delivers 1080p image quality as well as an RGBRGB colour wheel that boasts 6X speed and BrilliantColor Technology.  The W1090 also features a built-in 10W speaker housed in a resonant sound chamber and boosted by BenQ’s own Audio Enhancer — powered by MaxxAudio.

The projector’s 1.15 throw rate means that users can achieve a 100” across a 2.5m viewing distance. The vertical keystone and 1.3x zoom adjusts and aligns the picture at any angle or distance.

The W1090 includes a USB type-A power supply connector for device charging. It also supports MHL-enabled devices through an MHL connector. Further, two HDMI inputs are included and An optional FHD kit adds further flexibility with wireless connectivity.
