A touch(panel) of class from Extron

Extron has introduced a new portrait wall mount, the TouchLink Pro 300M 3.5”, which can control video, audio, lighting, shades, HVAC, security and other systems within virtually any environment.

The touch panel features 320×480 resolution capacitive touch screen built with scratch and smudge-resistant Corning Gorilla Glass. It also operates through Power over Ethernet and, due to its mounting structure, does not need additional mounting hardware.

Extron vice president of worldwide sales and marketing says they are always looking for new ways to integrate the Pro Series touch panel technology into new spaces.

“Our compact TLP Pro 300M is our first touch panel with dedicated portrait orientation; it can be used in countless applications for simple, stylish AV and environmental control.”

The TLP Pro 300M works with any Extron IP Link Pro control processor or HC 400 Series system; it is designed for use in AV system applications that require complete, interactive control of a broad range of source devices.

All touch panels are customisable using the Extron GUI Designer software.
